If something doesn't look right
The dashboard should feel predictable. If you ever see numbers or statuses that don't line up with your understanding:
- • Double-check your payout periods and Stripe status.
- • Confirm whether any recent program updates were announced via email.
- • If needed, email support@ourodocs.com with a short description and screenshots.
When you reach out, include your freelancer ID, relevant dates, and what you expected to see vs. what is appearing in the dashboard.
